n the spirit of digital freedom, the new Ai Weiwei play, which Mashable was first to review last week, is being livestreamed online to promote a free and open Internet. The show,  "#aiww: The Arrest of Ai Weiwei," will be broadcast on YouTube live from London at 7:30 p.m. local time (2:30 p.m. ET/ 12:30 p.m. PT).

The play follows the imprisonment of Ai and the lengths to which the Chinese government attempted to emotionally and mentally break him for creating art intended to hold the regime accountable for human rights violations.
